Save your pets and other critters from drowning after they have fallen into your pool with the Skamper-Ramp®.
They can swim for awhile after falling into a swimming pool, walled lake or pond, but without a way out, they will eventually drown from exhaustion brought on by panic or fatigue. Most drownings in the water happen at night when the pool is unattended. No pool owner likes to go outdoor in the morning and discover a dead pet or animal floating in the water or at the bottom of the pool. It is 100% American made of corrugated polypropylene plastic. It is attractive, affordable, and it works - even when no one else is around to help. The Skamper-Ramp® provides peace of mind to pool owners and animal lovers and is a great swimming pool accessory to have.

Skamper-Ramp® is can also be used from a boat, from a floating or fixed dock; as thin ice rescue device; for indoor ramps for very small or light-weight animals; and in water troughs in pastures and remote ranchland (gives critters a way out of the trough after falling in to get a drink of water instead of drowning and polluting the drinking water). Motels and hotels can also use them too.

This larger ramp is for animals and pets that weigh over 45 lbs.

The SKR3 is blow-molded polyethylene -
Like polypropylene, it is UV- and chemical-resistant and lightweight.
Because it is blow-molded it is even more robust--can hold pets over 200 lbs (100 kgs!)--and is perfect for any size animal even with frequent use.
We’ve even been able to significantly improve the ease of assembly. The new ramp snaps together—no more screwing nylon nuts, bolts or wing strips.
The rope, 2 nylon washers and 2 D-ring clips for installation remain the same.
Boxed weight is 6 lbs; assembled ramp weight is 5.75 lbs measuring 42” long (or 25” if used without the optional extension).
