Outdoor Decor patio furniture products are usually shipped in 14 - 21 business days and the pool and garden decor accessories are usually shipped in 7 - 10 business days (unless stated otherwise on the product page) via UPS Ground Service to the United States and it's territories. No international orders at this time. If an order is damaged in shipping please call us at 1-419-474-7102 or email us and we will instruct you in what to do. Please save the original box that the item was shipped in.

All of our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier to you. Each has their own policies & procedures that must be followed. Please contact us for details if you want to return an item.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards as method of payment. If you wish, you can also pay by check, however if this method is used you must include a valid phone number and there will be a required two week waiting period before your order will be processed.
